With a magnetic field intensity exceeding 4300 Gs and a magnetic roller rotation speed up to 4000 rpm, DPECS sets new industry standards. Thanks to its unique design, the device captures even the smallest particles that other separators would miss.

Wet Process No Longer Scary

Specifically for plants processing bottom ash from incinerators in a wet process, we equipped DPECS with nylon brush rollers. These acid and alkali-resistant elements effectively remove moisture-adhering materials from the belt, ensuring smooth operation without downtime.

Thanks to the automatic oil injection technology, bearings remain perfectly lubricated without operator intervention, significantly extending the device's lifespan and reducing operating costs.

Full Process Control

Elegant inspection windows on both sides of the device allow ongoing observation of the separation process. Bidirectional lifting handles facilitate installation and potential disassembly - we designed every DPECS element with user convenience in mind.

How does DPECS work?

This device is a true metal recovery master, utilizing a dual magnetic rotor system in one compact construction. The material passes through two separation stages in one cycle, allowing capture of even the smallest non-ferrous metal particles - as small as 1-2 mm in diameter!

The first rotor handles larger elements, while the second - positioned directly beneath it - catches those finer particles that would normally pass through the system unnoticed. The result? An unprecedented level of recovery and output material purity.

A story of change

One of our e-waste recycling clients faced the challenge of increasing aluminum recovery from shredded components. Traditional separators did not yield satisfactory results with fine fractions.
